Screenings will be March 26 - March 28
** Children who will be 3 before August 1, 2024 can be screened for preschool and children who will be 5 before August 1, 2024 can be screened for kindergarten
**You will need to bring to screening:
Child’s legal birth certificate (can be obtained at county health dept if he/she was born in Missouri for a small fee) ; updated immunization records ; proof of residency (ex. a current bill with physical address on it)
**Children must be potty trained
