A Warhawk Welcome from Dr. Kyle Gibbs, Superintendent of Schools

Greetings! I am honored to serve as Superintendent of the Crawford County R-1 School District.  During my time here I have gained a deep appreciation for the dedication of our staff, determination of our students, and support of our community.  

Having grown up in Crawford County and being a graduate of Viburnum High School, I recognize the value a school brings to a rural community.  Much of my success today I attribute back to my years in elementary and high school.  For this reason, I am so passionate about our school and the positive impact we can have on students and the community.  To achieve this impact a strong partnership between our school, families and the community is paramount.  Working together as a team we can ensure success for our students and that our schools are constantly moving forward.

MOCAP

The Crawford County R-1 School District will provide access to virtual (online) coursework for students.  Students and families that are interested in virtual coursework should contact their student’s school counselor and inquire about our virtual program options and the Missouri Course Access Program (MOCAP)
